Red Feather and Bittercreek donate to many local organizations every month. Unfortunately, we are unable to say yes as often as we would like, but our Donations Committee meets on the second Tuesday of every month to review requests and divide up the budget. After our committee meets, a manager will answer all inquiries (whether they are receiving a contribution or not) by the following weekend. Unfortunately, if you miss our last-Wednesday deadline (if your event occurs before our committee’s next meeting), we are unable to consider your submission. We are also unable to consider submissions for events that are more than 90 days in the future. Should your group receive a contribution, we may make stipulations about reservation times/days, expiration, or product exemptions.
Here are the kinds of items we donate: gift baskets, certificates for dinners of 2-12 people, cocktail dinners (specially planned), beer dinners, Urban Worm merchandise and gift certificates. If your organization wants to work in trade, for example swapping advertising of an in-kind value for BCRFL stuff, please specify as it may exempt you from the process.
